You will need your personal information, care group or company name, and policy/ID number for verification.

How can I request for a teleconsultation?

Text our hotline and our Nurses will call you back to get your general information and take your medical history. After assigning you to our Doctors, one of our Doctors will call you back to conduct the teleconsultation. Please make sure that you have a strong mobile signal and are able to speak with the Doctor.

Can I do a video call or chat with a Doctor instead?

Should our Doctors require a video call, they can facilitate this for you. We do not use chatting for medical consultations.
